What is the minimum order quantity?
The 50% wholesale discount will automatically apply at checkout when you add $100 or more to your cart.
Can I customise my wholesale order?
If you are looking for something you can't see on our website, get in touch. We would love to chat and see if we can bring your ideas to life.
Do your products come with barcodes?
No. Our products do not currently come with barcodes.
Can I buy now and pay later?
All orders are required to be paid upfront. However you can choose to check out with PayPal in 4 (if approved by PayPal) if you wish to split the payment.
The item I want is out of stock, will it be coming back?
If an item is marked as Out of Stock it most likely means we are waiting on supplies to be able to continue stocking that dough or mix.
Please send us an email if you are interested in finding out an ETA or to work out alternative options.
I want to guarantee products for particular date or event, what should I do?
Please get in contact prior to placing your order so we can work out the details of your order to ensure you have it when you need it.
As everything is made to order, this will help us work out turnaround times for you as well allow plenty of time for Australia Post to get it to you.

What does your signature scent smell like?
Our signature scent is a light soft, sweet and slightly floral. It isn't too overpowering. Having the same scent across our doughs, allows them to mixed together and the scent not be affected.
Where can I sell your White Label products?
Our White Label products can be sold however you choose. You might choose to sell them in your online business, in your storefront, at your market stall, at your school fete or wherever you wish!
You might also like to use our dough tubs as promotional products in your showbags or at your next special event.

Absolutely!
We would love to be the makers of products to use in your playgroup or activity group.
We can customize an order to your requirements including product, colours, combinations and size.

White Label FAQs
What is the minimum order quantity?
The 50% wholesale discount will automatically apply at checkout when you add $100 or more to your cart.
Some products will be sold in multiples as their MOQ.
For example:
- 140g Dough Tubs: Come in sets of 3 per colour / combination
- 200g Dough Tubs: Come in sets of 2 per colour / combination
- Play Bases: Come in sets of 2 per colour

Where can I sell your White Label products?

Does White Label give me exclusive access to a produt?
White Label is where we act as "makers/ manufacturers" of our products.
By offering White Label, we are able to give you the opportunity to add your own logo / label branding as you wish and at your discretion.
This does not give you exclusive rights / purchasing power over any of our products and the same products / colours etc can be sold to other brands to do the same and be sold under our own brand.
If you want to create something unique to you / collaborate, please get in touch prior to ordering and we can see what we can come up with!
Can you label my products for me?
We don't currently have the capability to print labels in our house, so this isn't something we generally offer.
However if this was something you needed help with, please get in touch.
We work with a fabulous small business printing company in Brisbane and would be able to get your own labels printed for you.
This process would incur additional fees to cover your label printing / delivery to us. You would also need to supply your own artwork in the correct format / size for printing.
Dispatch & Delivery FAQs
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship Australia wide.
What is the shipping cost?
Shipping costs are determined based on weight and location.
To get a shipping quote, please submit an order request with all the products you would like to order and we will send you an updated quote (including wholesale discounts and shipping costs) within 24 hours.
How long will it take my order to be dispatched?
All of our products are made and packed per order.
Our current turnaround time for orders is 7 business days. From time to time, this may be extended. For up to date turnaround times, you can check the banner at the top of our website as this will be updated any time our turnaround is expected to be more then 7 business days.
For extra large orders, for example 40 dough tubs or similar... we would love if you got in touch prior to ordering so we can give you an accurate turn around time for you.
What does "Made to Order" mean?
All of our Dough Tubs & Play Bases are made fresh, specifically for you when you place your order.
We do not have stock on shelves of these products to sell to you and so our turn around times reflect this.
How will my order be packaged?
Our wholesale and whitelabel orders are shipped in boxes.
To help offer you the best rates on shipping as sometimes large quantities of product can get heavy, this sometimes may mean your order is split across multiple boxes. If this is the case, all parts to your order will be shipped the same day and you will recieve individual tracking numbers for each box.
Do you offer Express shipping?
Yes we do! To get the cost of express shipping rates for your order, please let us know in the message section when you submit your order request.
Please note: Adding express shipping is only in regard to shipping timeframes. Turnaround times to make your order (if ordering made to order items) will still follow our usual turnaround times - however we will try and get them done as quickly as we can.
